We aim to provide you, our customer with a 100% satisfied service at all times. We have been cleaning carpets for 7 years and have gained enough experience to provide you with a service that will keep you satisfied and have you as a returning customer well into the future. At the end of your first service, you will be provided with a 5% discount to be applied to any of our services in future.

Pre-Inspection & Move Furniture
We’ll perform a visual pre-inspection of the carpet identify stains and provide an evaluation of results. Basic furniture will be moved as required.

Pre-Vacuum
Carpets are pre-vacuumed to remove excess dry soil and debris from the surface. This also assists in opening up carpet fibres.

Spot Clean and Stain Treatment
Best Quality Research formulated solutions are used
to treat stained areas.
Carpet pre-spray shampoo is then applied.

Steam Clean
The steam method uses the hot water soil extraction method (also known as HWE). A wand sprays heated water; 60-80 degrees Celsius directly onto the carpet at 350-400psi. The double vacuum extractor machine then simultaneously vacuums the hot steam and liquid from the carpet. The vacuuming removes any dissolved dirt that is in the carpet fibres. Steam cleaning is also known as deep cleaning for treating ground-in stains. We can remove stubborn stains with solutions that are safe for pets and children. Our free deodorising will help with any bad odour and pollutants.

Deodorise, Sanitise and Condition
Keeps your floors smelling fresh, removes odour and kills bacteria and fungi.

Final Inspection
Your technician will walk inspect the rooms and make sure you are happy with the results. We stand by our satisfaction guarantee.
